The eyes are one of the most important tools for women when they flirt. It’s the principal means of nonverbal communication. Before a woman and a man have even formally met, the eyes help establish contact and interest. Good, strong eye contact can influence whether a man makes a move. Weak eye contact may drive him away or cause him to lose interest.
A man will subconsciously notice eye contact because he understands or believes it to be a true indicator of a woman’s intent. He thinks that a woman can say nice things but not mean it, whereas her eyes always betrays her real thoughts. Whether or not this is true in reality, a woman can at least use it to her advantage.
Women who are not attracted to a man can show their lack of interest by turning away their gaze. Of course, the problem is what happens if they look away despite their interest, perhaps because of nervousness. They may end up causing the man to back off because it seems like a sign of a lack of interest. Women should be wary about how they direct their gaze, especially while talking to the man. When attracted, she should make sure her gaze falls on him. When not attracted she should let her gaze start veering off.
