Step #1
First of all, you’ll need ten to fifteen minutes alone with your spouse’s cellphone. Find a time when you are sure of having it to yourself, so you won’t be caught in the act.
Good times are when your spouse steps into the shower or has just headed out to run an errand. This way, you’ll be alone for long enough to do this first crucial step.
Once you have gotten their cell phone, grab a pencil and piece of paper.
Look on their phone for their call history records, and write down all outgoing and incoming numbers that you don’t recognize. Leave those numbers you already know off of your list, just take down the ones that are unfamiliar to you.
With this finished, put the phone back where you found it and go to the computer.
